NextBody App Support
Help with your NextBody account, app and HOOP band.
Contact us
Email [email protected] for app, account or band help. For privacy and data requests, email [email protected].
Include your app version, iPhone model, a description of the problem and the approximate time it occurred. You can also use Report a problem in the app. Do not send passwords, verification codes, card numbers or unnecessary health data.
Cancel, renewals and refunds
If you previously subscribed in the App Store, cancel it in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › NextBody. Removing the app or your account does not stop renewals.
For a previous App Store charge, visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Account and data
To delete your account, open Profile › Data & Legal › Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. For a data copy, a correction or help when you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the account email. We may verify your identity before acting.
Health data collection can be disabled in Profile. Apple Health, Bluetooth, motion, microphone and camera permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. Some features need those permissions. See the Privacy Policy for retention and records held separately by support or providers.
Band connection and wellness information
Keep the band charged and near your iPhone, enable Bluetooth and reopen the app to retry syncing. Send support the band model and firmware version if the issue continues.
If your version offers Body scan, open Profile and choose it with a compatible band connected. Each scan is optional. You must consent to health data use and start the scan yourself. In versions with scan history, completed scans sync to your account so you can review them later. In iOS build 13, results are cleared when you close the scan. Do not scan if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. iOS build 12 does not offer this feature.
